Web evaluation

Using our web based benchmark surveys, you can determine how well your systems help your users to:

Heuristic evaluation

Usability testing
Usability testing provides objective data that can complement data obtained from a survey or heuristic evaluation. On-site usability testing involves:
  • Developing typical user scenarios
  • Recording the success of users in completing these scenarios
  • Analysing the results and recommending plans for improvement
