Example SAP reports

When you register for the SAP Benchmark Survey, your end users will be able to complete the survey over the web.

You, as the person who registered for the survey, will also be able to view your organisation's survey results at any time over the web. See below for examples.

End users will need access to the web to complete the survey.

After you complete the survey example, you will be able to view your results online using the above link.

Benchmark report

If 20 or more end users from your organisation complete the survey, we will include your results in a benchmark report.

Your survey password is used to identify your organisation in this report.

If you are included in the benchmark report, we will email you a copy free of charge early in 2006.

This report will identify best practices in SAP end user support, as identified by SAP end users.
