The World Wide Intranet Challenge (WIC)

end users.
Participation in the WIC allows you to benchmark your

page.
The WIC covers topics such as:

information necessary to their jobs, and when they do find it, it is often

Hewitt Associates estimates that every 'engaged' employee is worth about
$5,000 each year in additional profit. Its research shows that companies
that score 60% or higher have an average five-year shareholder return of

One out of 5 organizations are in Stage 3 - where the intranet is the "way of
working". This percentage is double what it was 12 months ago in the previous

Only 10 percent of all enterprises say they are "very satisfied" with search,
