 Since November 2000, CIBA Solutions has provided intranet, knowledge management and business process improvement solutions to organisations around the world. Recently we launched the Worldwide Intranet Challenge (WIC).  We provide a web based survey that allows you to obtain immediate feedback about your intranet from the people that matter the most - your intranet end users. You can then compare your feedback with other participating organisations.  The WIC provides intranet managers with valuable feedback about the existing state of their intranet and highlights areas that can be improved.  In addition to the Worldwide Intranet Challenge, we are also able to assist organisations with intranet strategy development, prototype development & implementation. Strategy development involves assisting organisations conduct a more extensive review of their existing intranet via stakeholder interviews, review of the intranet against a best practice checklist and focus groups. The output from this analysis is a report describing the current state of the intranet, the desired state, and a road map for getting there. This review is completed in 6 weeks at a fixed price.
