Services In addition to the Worldwide Intranet Challenge, we are also able to assist organisations with intranet strategy development, prototype development & implementation. Strategy development involves assisting organisations conduct a more extensive review of their existing intranet via stakeholder interviews, review of the intranet against a best practice checklist and focus groups. The output from this analysis is a report describing the current state of the intranet, the desired state, and a road map for getting there. This review is completed in 6 weeks at a fixed price.
